Our fees are engagement-specific and depend on the type of search (permanent, contractor or executive), seniority level, and scope of the mandate. We offer transparent, outcome-aligned pricing discussed during your initial brief.

Do you provide guarantees? +

Yes. We offer replacement guarantees on permanent placements. The specific terms are outlined in our client agreement and discussed during the initial engagement.

Our structured process - particularly our offer management and candidate engagement approach - means our fall-through rate is well below industry average. But if something doesn't work out, we stand behind our placements.

How does your recruitment process work? +

We follow a structured four-phase framework for every engagement:

  • Phase 1 - Role Calibration: Define technical scope, benchmark compensation and align interview structure
  • Phase 2 - Market Mapping & Outreach: Map the talent market, conduct direct outreach to passive candidates, screen for technical depth
  • Phase 3 - Shortlist & Interview Control: Present calibrated shortlists, coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops
  • Phase 4 - Offer Strategy & Close: Manage offer strategy, counter-offer exposure and transition to start date

How long does it take to fill a role? +

Our average time to hire is 16 days from brief to accepted offer. 90% of our roles are filled in 3 CVs or fewer.

Timeline varies by role seniority, market availability and interview process speed on the client side. Executive searches typically take 3–6 weeks. We'll give you an honest assessment of expected timeline during the intake call.

What is your candidate screening process? +

Every candidate presented goes through a structured screening process covering:

  • Technical depth assessment against agreed role criteria
  • Delivery ownership and track record evaluation
  • Motivation and compensation alignment check
  • Cultural fit and communication assessment
  • Reference and background context where applicable

We only present candidates we'd be comfortable hiring ourselves. No padding, no volume plays.

Can you provide contract or project-based engineers? +

Yes. Contractor delivery is one of our three core service offerings. We provide rapid access to vetted technical contractors for delivery spikes, time-critical initiatives, AI implementation phases, cloud migrations, data platform builds and more.

We manage the brief, sourcing, screening, compliance, payroll and onboarding - so your team stays focused on delivery.
