Our structured process - particularly our offer management and candidate engagement approach - means our fall-through rate is well below industry average. But if something doesn't work out, we stand behind our placements.

Timeline varies by role seniority, market availability and interview-process speed on the client side. Executive searches typically take 3–6 weeks. We give you an honest timeline assessment during the intake call.
What is your candidate screening process?
Every candidate presented goes through a structured screening process covering:
